By using this website or conducting business with Season Media, Inc. you, the client, agree to the TERMS & CONDITIONS which have been set forth on this website. If you do not accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS you should not use this website or conduct business with Season Media, Inc. immediately. We reserve the right to update or change any part of this website or the TERMS & CONDITIONS at any time without prior notice.

Printing:

We use offset print processing which enables us to offer professional quality products for less. This means significant savings to you. However, due to this process, exact color match and size is not guaranteed. Also, if over-runs or under-runs occur, they can be up to 5% of the ordered quantity. In the event of an order being received with defects, you must notify us within 1 business day of receipt by emailing qualitycontrol@seasonmedia.com. If the defect claim is approved (in which it is established that the mistake is within our printing department), we will reprint your order and ship it according to the original print turnaround time and shipping method, but you must return all of the original order to the address on your receipt. We reserve the right to use any of the items printed in the future for promotional use. If you do not wish us to include your artwork in our promotional items, you must submit your request to info@seasonmedia.com.

Artwork:

Artwork must meet standard artwork requirements of 300 DPI @ 100% print size with full bleed and CMYK coloring. CMYK coloring, which is used with high quality printing presses, is different than RGB coloring, which is normally used with computer monitors and desktop printers. For this reason, we ask that you design your artwork with:

1) CMYK format. If you send artwork designed in RGB coloring, it will be converted to CMYK and will most likely not match the original exactly.

2) Full bleed is where your artwork comes to the edge of each side of the page. Have your artwork extend out 1/16" on all 4 sides past the actual size desired (a 4"x6" would be 4.125" x 6.125" with 1/8" full bleed). A good practice when working with full bleed is to design your artwork with a 1/16" safe zone within the actual size on all 4 sides (a 4"x6" would have a 38 pixel border inside all 4 sides for the safe zone with full bleed).

3) 300 DPI at 100% print size (a 4"x6" would be 4.125" x 6.125" - 1238 x 1838 pixels with 1/8" bleed) is high resolution which allows us to print your order with professional quality. Anything less than 300 DPI may not look as professional.

If any artwork does not meet these requirements we will notify you and place your order on hold. If you receive this notification and want us to print your artwork anyway, you must submit your authorization by email to have your order proceed by the specified cut off times. If you would like us to re-master the layout of your design to meet the standard artwork requirements there may be a re-master fee from $25 per side and up. Layout & Design Pricing varies depending on the product ordered.

Layout & Design:

Layout & Design Services require full payment before the project can begin. All design fees are non-refundable. Please send all artwork, digital text and ideas to artwork@seasonmedia.com. Any artwork submitted that does not meet the standard artwork requirements may require a design re-master fee from $25 per side and up. Layout & Design pricing varies depending on the product ordered. All Layout & Design Services have a 2 business day turnaround time. Any order placed before 6pm CST will have an initial electronic proof sent no later than 5pm CST on the 2nd business day. We reserve the right to use any of the items designed in the future for any promotional use. If you do not wish us to include your artwork in our promotional items, you must submit your request to info@seasonmedia.com.

Shipping:

Orders are always shipped via ground service, unless otherwise requested, which can take up to 8 business days depending on your zip code. Any shipping price estimates besides standard ground service will expire the same day as the quote expiration date. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit, any impairment in delivery by an act of God, transportation delay, cancellation, or any other delay. Any claims for damage during transit must be reported within 1 business day of receipt of shipment. The product must be available for inspection and we recommend taking digital pictures of your package(s). No refunds of shipping charges on any orders after the order has shipped. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as delays may occur.

Acceptable File Formats:

We prefer PDF files but also accept the following file formats: AI, PSD, IND, EPS, TIFF, JPG, PNG, GIF, PUB and DOC(X) files.

Quotes:

We will send you a quote with pricing and shipping estimates via email.

Electronic Proof:

We will send your proof(s) via email. All proofs must be approved before your order can proceed. Once you approve your proof(s) and have processed your payment, your order has been placed and we cannot make any changes to any artwork files at that point. You will need to place another order if you later find adjustments that need to be made to your artwork. Please make sure to take the time to look over your proof(s) carefully before submitting your approval.

Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. You can process payment over the phone or request an invoice which you can pay online. Full payment must be received before your order can be placed. Layout & Design Services require full payment before the project can begin. All design fees are non-refundable.

Order Placement:

The following requirements must be met in order for an order to be placed and sent to press:

1. Submit print ready artwork to our art department at artwork@seasonmedia.com. If you order Layout & Design Services, please note that full payment is due before the project can begin. All design fees are non-refundable.
2. Electronic proofs sent from our Proofs Department must be approved.
3. Full payment must be received for printing to begin. If you ordered Layout & Design Services, your print ready artwork will be sent to you (PDF or JPG format).
4. Once all above requirements have been met by specified cut off times, your order is placed and cannot be changed.

Turnaround Times:

Turnaround times start after the order has been placed. Turnaround times do not include Holidays, Weekends or Transit times. We offer many turnaround times ranging anywhere from same day turnaround to 15 business day turnaround depending on the product ordered and the time the order is placed. If a product is available for same day turnaround, the order must placed by 9am CST. If a product is available for next day (24 hour) turnaround, the order must be placed by 9am in the time zone you are located (8am for MST). If a product is available for 2-4 business day turnaround or more, the order must be placed by 12pm in the time zone you are located (11am for MST). All Layout & Design Services have a 2 business day turnaround time. Any order placed before 6pm CST will have an initial electronic proof sent no later than 5pm CST on the 2nd business day. All order placement requirements must be met for turnaround times to start.

Liability:

Season Media, Inc. will not be held liable for any damages which may include but are not limited to incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or revenue arising from business conducted with Season Media, Inc. whether through contract or otherwise. Season Media, Inc. is not responsible for use of any unauthorized images, content or pictures used by the client placing an order. The client is held 100% liable for any misuse of images, content or pictures. Season Media, Inc. is not responsible for meeting any logo or content guidelines or requirements set forth by any company who has affiliates, representatives, brokers, or franchisees when printing or designing marketing materials for above parties unless a signed agreement has been entered into by Season Media, Inc. and said company specifying what requiremtns must be met. Notwithstanding, Season Media, Inc. will not be held liable for any damages which may include but are not limited to incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or revenue arising from agreed upon requirements not being met. Season Media, Inc. is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect grammar use but will gladly reprint any order with corrections at the client's expense.

Refusal of Service:

Season Media, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service if we think the material to be offensive or obscene, including but not limited to any pornographic materials.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Season Media, Inc. and its' officers harmless from any claim or demand.
