The printing industry can be hard to understand sometimes with all of the specific terminology and guidelines for creating and submitting artwork. We've compiled this list of frequently asked questions to help you should you need any clarification. Contact Us if you have any further questions or concerns.

A: Season Media, Inc. is open Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm CST.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Call 877-655-2350 or email info@seasonmedia.com. We will confirm your order shortly after and contact you for payment. Send any artwork to artwork@seasonmedia.com. We will review your artwork and send you an electronic proof via email for your approval. Once you approve your proof(s) and payment has been processed, your order has been placed and you will receive your invoice or receipt from our accounting department.

Q: How do I setup my artwork?

A: Read our standard artwork requirements list.

Q: Do you offer quantities not listed?

A: Generally the quantities listed on our website are our standard options. Feel free to Contact Us if the quantity you need is not listed and we will gladly get back to you asap with the closest possible quantity.

Q: Do you offer same day turnaround?

A: Yes, we are able to expedite printing on some of our products to same day turnaround. Make sure to place your order by our cut-off times.

Q: Will I get a proof before my order goes to print?

A: Yes, all orders will receive an electronic proof(s) that must be approved before your order can go to print. If an actual production sample is required, there will be an additional fee which must be paid in advance, and printing will not begin until you approve your production sample.

Q: What is full color or CMYK?

A: Full color means you can have just about any color printed. CMYK are the letters which represent the full color process used in offset printing. C is for Cyan, M is for Magenta, Y is for Yellow, and K is for Black. These four colors are used to create all of the colors present in your artwork.

Q: Can I split an order? Example: An order for 5,000 with 2,500 with one image and 2,500 with another image.

A: Your order must have the exact same artwork for every piece. To print the example above you would need to place two separate orders of 2,500.

Q: Can I have different images on the front and the back?

A: Absolutely, this can greatly enhance the response of your marketing and advertising.

Q: What are your turnaround times?

A: Turnaround times vary depending on the product ordered and the time an order is placed.

Q: What kind of paper or stock do you use?

A: We have a several different types of stocks and can assist you in choosing the best type for your specific project or need. Feel free to Contact Us if the paper type you need is not listed and we will gladly get back to you asap with an accurate quote.

Q: What is full bleed?

A: Full bleed is where your artwork comes to the edge of each side of the page. There is no white border around your artwork like you might see if you printed it at home on your desktop printer.

Q: Will my order look exactly like my computer monitor?

A: Your monitor uses settings based on the RGB color mode and offset printing is based on the CMYK color process, therefore it will look very similar but not exactly the same. Red, green and blue are some of the most difficult colors to print using CMYK. Please check with our art department before you begin designing your artwork to help make sure that your printed piece will be as close as possible to your original.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can process payment over the phone or request an invoice which you can pay online.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Print orders must be paid in full before they can go to print. Layout & Design Services are non-refundable and require full payment upfront. Proofs must be approved before you will receive your final print-ready artwork (PDF or JPG format).

Q: Do your turnaround times include transit time?

A: Our turnaround times do not include transit time. Transit times are separate and can take up to 5 business days depending on your zip code and the type of service being used.
